We provide retail sales and practical repair services for vehicles, including:

• New and second-hand tyre replacements.
• Tyre puncture repairs (tubeless and tube-type).
• Tyre inner tubes and related replacement components.
• Roadside tyre assistance services around Vashi and Navi Mumbai areas.

2. Customer Enquiries

Customers can contact us via phone or WhatsApp to verify tyre stock availability, brand options, and approximate pricing rates. All quotes provided via text, phone call, or email are estimates and are confirmed only upon physical inspection of the tyre, tube, or vehicle at our shop.

3. Future Features & Releases

Our business continues to expand, and we are planning to introduce the following features in future releases:

• B2B and B2C Mobile Application (Coming Soon): A platform to discover services, track repairs, and manage fleet requirements.
• Online Tyre Ordering (Coming Soon): A system supporting online catalog browsing, payment processing, and direct checkout.

Please note that these features are not currently available or active on this website. These Terms of Service do not govern any online financial transactions or user account registrations at this stage.

4. Service Standards and Limitations

While we strive to provide reliable and efficient services, tyre repairs and roadside assistance are subject to the following conditions:

• Roadside Assistance: Service dispatch times are estimates and depend on weather conditions, traffic, vehicle location, and technician availability.
• Second-Hand Tyres: Second-hand tyres are sold based on physical tread conditions inspected at the time of purchase. They do not carry manufacturer warranties.
• Puncture Repair: Puncture repair viability is determined by our technician based on safety standards. If a tyre is determined to have sidewall damage or excessive wear, we reserve the right to refuse repair for safety reasons.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising out of services provided by The Wheel Engineer shall be resolved in Navi Mumbai courts.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When updates are published, the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be changed.
